Parkwood Subdivision 01:47:32

Due to lack of support for their prior PUD proposal, the developer has reconfigured the project to conform with the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Additionally, the plan meets various goals from the City’s Comprehensive Plan including higher quality rental housing, higher density residential on undeveloped parcels, neo-traditional streetscapes with interconnected street and sidewalk networks. The NYSDOT has not supported the developer’s request for a new egress and ingress to Main Street. The developer’s team will present their new plans and solicit support from the City Council for the Main Street connection.

The City Manager and Corporate Counsel recommend to the City Council that the proposal be accepted.
