Planters on Phoenix Street 00:00:35

The BID, working in conjunction with owners on Phoenix Street, would like to install six (6) planters along the north side of Phoenix Street. Property owners on the street have collectively contributed funds to purchase the planters. The BID will both plant and maintain the planters. Denise Chaapel, BID Director, will be in attendance to answer any questions

2023 Audited Financial Statements 00:09:22

The City’s independent audit of the 2023 Financial Statements has been completed. Mike DeBadts from Mengal, Metzger, Barr & Co., LLP will be at the meeting to present the audit, review the highlights and answer questions.

Continued Discussion on the Capital Budget and Plan 00:44:21

The Capital Plan was introduced to the Finance Committee at its last meeting. This item is to continue the discussion and review.
