Streetscape improvements would support outdoor dining, walkability and a connection to Main Street. The project also includes undergrounding all utilities. c. Coach Street Beautification/Utility Improvements This project would enhance Coach Street as a connection from Main Street to the businesses along Coach. food/beverage and entertainment destinations. The project also includes undergrounding all utilities. d. Wayfinding Signage The wayfinding signage plan for the downtown area will help both visitors and residents navigate safely and easily. It highlights key attractions and local businesses, while also providing important accessibility information. The signage will enhance the overall experience of exploring downtown by offering clear, consistent, and easy-to-read signage. All signs will follow a uniform design. e. The Central on Main (Façade and Public Bathrooms) The project would enhance the Central as a multi-generational public space for a variety of different event types and also add a faux façade at the street to create more of a destination. Public bathrooms behind the stage are also included. f. Mill Street Improvements This project would reimagine and expand the market area on Mill Street and further a multi-use destination to stimulate more economic activity and increase the ability to hold public events. Circulation of traffic as well as parking options were explored. There are several iterations of what this project could look like. g. Small Projects Grant Fund The City proposes the establishment of a small project grant fund to support smaller projects for small business development, façade improvements, and mixed-use development.

Proposed Agreement related to Disposition of Abandoned Vehicles 00:53:41

This agreement, with Ontario County, would authorize the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office to contract with the City to relieve us from handling the removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned vehicles. The benefits from entering into this arrangement would be that the City gets relief from the statutory obligations of trying to determine the owner and selling/disposing of the vehicle. Conversely, the City forfeits any proceeds from the sale of the vehicles.
