00:42At the February 1, 2024, Councilmember Mill’s expressed a desire for an update regarding the management and vision for The Central on Main. BID Director, Denise Chaapel, will be attending to discuss the Central on Main.
Revaluation
24:21In light some recent confusion in other municipalities regarding revaluations/reassessments, City Staff has been attempting to provide more public education. As part of this effort, Assessor Tina Rados provided an overview of reassessments at the July 11, 2023 Finance Committee meeting. In continuation of this effort to inform the City Council and general public ahead of a revaluation that will take place for the 2024 City Assessment Roll, Assessor Tina Rados will provide another overview and discuss further efforts being made.
Upcoming Bonds
01:06:48The City Manager will provide an update on upcoming projects that are budgeted to be financed. These projects include: North Bloomfield Road, Lakeshore Drive Bridge, Replacement Fire Pumper Truck, and THM Removal System at the Water Treatment Plant.
