00:18FLTV has proposed a successor 3-year agreement with a flat rate in 2027 and 2028 and a two (2) percent increase in 2029. FLTV has been a great partner in recoding, airing, and streaming all City meetings and certain City sponsored events.

Jefferson Park Area Re-Zone.
34:18The Planning Committee is exploring a proposal to rezone properties in the vicinity of Jefferson Park. The intent is to create additional areas of R-3 “Multi-Family Residential” zoning to support the creation of housing in the City of Canandaigua. The Committee wishes to gain input from the affected property owners.
